Bernard Chang Bio:

Bernard Chang founded atelier Bernard Chang in 2024 after his departure from Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), where he served as Principal and led Greater China and S.E.Asia sustainability-focused projects. Expanding into the arts, he translates his architectural vision into paintings that reflect Global Warming and its impacts to our Cities, Nature, and Humanity; and contemplate our shared responsibility to future cities, ecological preservation, and human well-being. Bernard holds a Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture degree with High Distinction from California College of the Arts.

Noel Chu Bio:

Noel Chu is a Hong Kong–based couture designer and the founder of Noel Chu Atelier, established in 2007. With a mission to celebrate each woman’s individuality, she leads a practice defined by collaborative creativity and impeccable craftsmanship. Guided by her personal touch and fashion-forward vision, Noel unites time-honored couture techniques with innovation, partnering with talents across architecture, art, and design. From custom-developed fabrics to sculptural draping and hand embroidery, every detail is purposeful. Serving celebrities, artists and brides in Hong Kong and worldwide, she offers an intimate, bespoke journey from first sketch to final fitting. Noel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
