CLP Pulse is hosting an exhibition and a series of activities in a summer campaign titled "Timeless Pages of CLP Clock Tower", offering members of the public the opportunity to discover the building’s rich history through a series of exhibits and interactive experiences with a theme of reading. The campaign offers a fresh perspective on the architectural beauty of the clock tower and its role in the development of electricity in Hong Kong, and writes a new chapter in the city’s urban reading culture.

Rediscover the Architectural Beauty of the CLP clock tower

As the CLP headquarters for over 70 years, each floor of the CLP clock tower tells stories from different eras. In the “Our Home · Our History” gallery on the first floor of CLP Pulse, you will find an interactive storybook that reveals how different parts of the building were used in the past. Three new shadow box exhibits have been installed in CLP Pulse, inspired by distinctive architectural features of the CLP clock tower. The installations use light and shadow to highlight the unique characteristics of this Grade 1 historic building.

Step into the Reading Corner．Enjoy the Fun of Knowledge

Areas in CLP Pulse have been transformed into reading corners, featuring a collection of books on CLP’s development and the history of the clock tower, as well as books about the environment, energy, and culture. Visitors can enjoy books that interest them in the corners.
