[ET Net News Agency, 10 September 2026] The Hang Seng Index opened 289 points lower today at 24,985. It reached a high of 25,021, down 253 points, and a low of 24,889, down 385 points. The Hang Seng Index closed down 320 points, or 1.3%, at 24,954.
Southbound funds recorded a net inflow of HK$4.55b for the full day, compared to a net inflow of HK$3.72b on the previous session. The top stocks by net Southbound buying were TENCENT(00700), YOFC(06869), CNOOC(00883), XIAOMI-W(01810) and CIG(06166) in that order. The top stocks by net selling were Z.AI(02513), SMIC(00981), INNOVENT BIO(01801), MINIMAX-W(00100) and BABA-W(09988) in that order.
