market's IPO price of HK$49.5. Based on 100 shares per lot, excluding handling fees, the
book value gain per lot is HK$1,860. It is currently at HK$69.95 on Bright Smart's grey
market, 41.3% higher than the grey market's IPO price. The book value gain per lot is
HK$2,045.
