[ET Net News Agency, 14 September 2026] The Hang Seng Index opened 104 points lower today at 24,701. It reached a high of 24,926, up 120 points, and a low of 24,662, down 143 points. The Hang Seng Index closed up 111 points, or 0.5%, at 24,917.
Southbound funds recorded a net inflow of HK$4.47b for the full day, compared to a net inflow of HK$4.43b on the previous session. The top stocks by net Southbound buying were Z.AI(02513), YOFC(06869), LENOVO GROUP(00992), AKESO(09926) and KB LAMINATES(01888) in that order. The top stocks by net selling were SMIC(00981), MINIMAX-W(00100), BABA-W(09988), KINGBOARD HLDG(00148) and CNOOC(00883) in that order.
Mainboard turnover decreased by 15.7% to nearly HK$192.63b. Among this, Stock Connect turnover exceeded HK$72.5b, accounting for 37.6% of the total turnover.
