{I-bank focus}HSBC raises New World Dev (00017) to HKD4.58

[ET Net News Agency, 29 September 2025] HSBC raised the target price for New World Dev
(00017) to HKD4.58 from HKD3.84 and maintained the "reduce" rating.
The research house said it revises FY26-27e earnings by 29.0-38.9% to reflect to
faster-than-expected property sales despite thinner margins, together with lower interest
