[ET Net News Agency, 27 August 2026] The Hang Seng Index opened 121 points higher today at 25,774. It reached a high of 25,792, up 139 points, and a low of 25,500, down 152 points. The Hang Seng Index closed down 87 points, or 0.3%, at 25,565.
Southbound funds recorded a net inflow of HK$3.18b for the full day, compared to a net inflow of HK$0.45b on the previous session. The top stocks by net Southbound buying were MINIMAX-W(00100), XIAOMI-W(01810), TENCENT(00700), HUA HONG GRACE(01347) and SMIC(00981) in that order. The top stocks by net selling were Z.AI(02513), GIGADEVICE(03986), WUXI BIO(02269), KB LAMINATES(01888) and BABA-W(09988) in that order.
