[ET Net News Agency, 27 November 2025] Half-day turnover of Hong Kong stocks was
HK$117.17 billion, with short-sales accounting for HK$17.91 billion, or 15.28% of the
market's turnover. There were 757 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and BABA-W
(09988) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.34 billion and HK$1.62
billion, or 18.66% and 9.03% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions
represented 39.67% and 17.26% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and POP MART (09992) registered HK$836.92 million and HK$674.58
million of short sales, accounting for 4.67% and 3.77% of the total short sales values
respectively. The transactions represented 21.42% and 15.9% of respective stock's
turnover.
TRACKER FUND closed up HK$0.06, or 0.23%, to HK$26.14. BABA-W ended down HK$3.6, or
2.33%, to HK$151.2. CSOP HS TECH rose HK$0.01, or 0.18% to HK$5.515. POP MART jumped
HK$18, or 8.8%, to HK$222.6.
